Welcome to C’s Closet & Sparkles. These policies outline how we handle orders, payments, deliveries, classes, and customer interactions. By placing an order or enrolling in a class, you agree to all policies below.
1. Refund & Exchange Policy
- No refunds and no exchanges on all products.
- All sales are final.
- Please review the product details, size, and photos carefully before placing an order.
2. Custom Orders Policy
- Custom-made items are created according to customer specifications.
- No refunds, cancellations, or changes are allowed once work has begun.
- All custom orders take 5–7 days to be completed.
3. Order Processing Time
- Standard processing time for all orders: 5–7 days.
- You will be notified once your order is ready for delivery or pickup.
4. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Local Deliveries
- Meet-ups
- Bike deliveries
- Courier services of the customer’s choice
Delivery days:
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours before delivery day to be included.
Customer-Selected Couriers
- Customers may choose any courier for their delivery.
- Once the package is handed over to the courier, C’s Closet & Sparkles is not responsible for delays, loss, damages, or courier errors.
5. International Shipping
DHL
- Fast and reliable
- Tracking provided
- Shipping cost depends on weight and destination
Bus Transport (Mainly for South Africa)
- Delivery via trusted transport services
- No liability for delays or loss once the parcel is handed over to the bus company
International customers are responsible for:
- customs fees
- clearance charges
- any international taxes
6. Online Classes Policy
Access
- Students receive lifetime access to purchased class videos.
- Access is non-transferable and cannot be shared or resold.
Refunds
- No refunds for online classes under any circumstances.
- Once access is given, the transaction is considered final.
Usage Rules
- Videos may not be downloaded, screen-recorded, shared, or distributed.
- Violation of these rules may result in permanent account termination without refund.
7. Complaints Policy
- Contact us through the Complaints section on our website.
- Include your name, phone number, and a clear explanation of the issue.
- Complaints are reviewed within 24 hours.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Information collected (name, contact details, order details) is used solely for:
